Mr. Sivaram Reddy is aBachelor of Law and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a research oriented professional and also insolvency professional under IBC.

Mr. Reddy is a renowned Company Secretary, practicing since 2002 and having more than 30 years of experience in corporate laws, served as a Director on the boards of many companies and advised many reputed organisations in various capacities.

Mr. Reddyholds interest and specialized in the areas such as corporate law advisory, mergers & demergers, takeovers, due diligence, drafting legal documents including agreements, and representing a client before an authority or tribunal.

Mr. Reddy also monitors corporate legal compliance, administration, business organisation and development, negotiations, agreements and other documentation, and liaising with Government and other parties.

Mr. Basha is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2014.He specialises in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), corporate laws, Secretarial Standards, secretarial due diligence, drafting of agreements, petitions, and other legal procedures. He has represented various clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on various corporate matters.

Mr. Basha has also been issued Certificate on Valuation after successfully completing Certificate Course on Valuation from the ICSI.
